"Out of consideration of transparency I have low porosity, fine density, and course strands. I have 2c/3a waves/curls. I have dry scalp and thirsty dull hair. My hair has drank this oil to the point it is not dull or frizzy. After it absorbs all the oil I noticed it is smoother and more vibrant. My hair can only tolerate 1-2 drops on my dry hair as an overnight treatment. A full pump makes my hair too greasy. I enjoy this oil as a prewash scalp treatment. It calms my dry itchy scalp. I massage it in to promote hair growth. The oil is easy to manipulate on my fingers onto scalp it ends of hair. My hair has looked beautiful without compromising my beliefs which is invaluable! I have yet to add some oil post shower but look forward to blow drying with it for a sleek look."

Hello Jean! You can apply Diva Hair Oil to wet or dry hair depending on what you are using it for. For a leave in conditioner, you can apply it to wet hair. It can be used as a hair serum and applied to the tips of dry hair. I hope this info helps and have a wonderful day!

Do you apply the oil during a shower after shampoo and rinse out? Do you leave it in? Do you apply to dry hair?
Diva Hair Oil is a Multi-functional Product You can use it as a conditioner. After shampooing, start with the tips of your hair and work up to the scalp and massage. Rinse with the coolest possible water you’re comfortable with. This will help keep the oil in your hair. It can also work as a hair serum. On damp hair, apply to the ends starting with the back of your head and work towards the front. Let it air dry, but you can wrap your head in a microfiber towel for about 10 minutes to dry faster. Sandra, one of the co-founders of SanRe, uses it as a detangler after using it for her straight fine hair. She would detangle by applying a small amount to dry hair to prevent any tangling I’ve also read reviews where our customers have used it as a heat protectant. So in short, Diva Hair Oil can be used a lot of different ways.
